Gaining the necessary knowledge to customize pages. When I started in this new project I had very limited knowledge of HTML and CSS so it's great to see what I can accomplish now. It's also extremely rewarding to see for the first time how answers are given to a question you asked, without much knowledge of coding.

It has definitely given me more in-depth knowledge of the platform. The training is so well structured that I have actually learned smarter ways to do things that I was doing on a daily basis. This knowledge allows me to think out of the box and come up with new solutions.

You don't need to be a developer to be able to create a great answers experience, it just requires patience and attention to details.

The most challenging part so far has been the beginning. Understanding not only the small details but being able to see the bigger picture. From the Hitchhikers training you can easily understand what to do at every step of the project, but once you are done with that, the first time you work on a project by yourself, it is key to understand how all pieces are combined.
