Building the Hitchhikers site with the tight time constraints we had, and somehow still overdelivering on launch features. To be clear, it was absolutely a team effort to get to this point, with significant contributions from the entire Hitchhikers team, Apollo, and the design team.
I've been working alongside roles I didn't even know existed a year ago. Needless to say, I've learned more in this past year than at any other point in my life — both from working cross-functionally across orgs and from self-teaching the tech needed to build this platform.
Admins have to be extremely versatile and flexible — project constraints can change on a time and administrators need to be able to pivot fast to keep up with new requests.

Most notable hurdle was probably the single sign on integration with our community platform Discourse — I didn't think it was possible even after we implemented it.
