My first experience is about to go live this week — McAlpine Plumbing!
In terms of understanding the Yext platform, this has benefitted me greatly as it was the first time I've gotten any formal platform training. Career-wise, I've gained some great foundational skills in HTML, CSS, and a general understanding of site search.
Just how collaborative it is to be part of the Hitchhikers admin team — there's a wealth of resources and people out there to help you along the way.
Working with 3rd party agencies while working with a client is always challenging in terms of communication, especially now that we are all working from home. But being understanding, patient, and setting expectations early on can be a big help in those situations.
